Training Restaurents

In order to facilitate practical restaurant sessions, the institute has two air-conditioned and carpeted mock-up restaurants. These restaurants are furnished with timber tables and chairs and are equipped with chillers, separate wash-up areas and stereo set ups. One of the wash-up areas consists of dish washers.

Moreover, separate steel cupboards which can be locked are allocated for each class which hold separate batch of crockery, cutlery, linen and glassware to be utilized during the practical sessions.
