Two assessment tests in theory & one in practical are conducted for Restaurant and Bar Service/Hotel House Keeping /Hotel Reception, before the final examination. For Professional Cookery there is one assessment on theory and practical aspects before the final examination. On completion of theory & practical for final examination of Certificate Level Course the students should undergo an Industrial Training for six (06) months, and thereafter, one could continue with another discipline by the SLITHM in consultation with and assistance of the employer.
